I went here to repair my boyfriends swiss army watch. The clasp was loose and some of the smaller dials on the inside of the watch weren't working. I dropped it off and they had to send it out. I got a call not long after dropping it off telling me what the issue was and how much it would be. The cost of repair was more than the watch. This wasn't their fault. The entire insides needed to be replaced in order to get this one minor piece working. But when I got it back the clasp was fixed. These guys are really professional. If I ever need any jewelry repaired I would definitely go here again.
